Non Destructive Robotics

Since 2008 we have built ultrasonic inspection robot systems based on the Stabuli RX 60 using their CS 8 controller (their open operating platform) and directly connected to Utex Inspectionware via packet Data over Ethernet over TCIP. These systems provided real-time positional information which was then superimposed over the C scan to produce a 3D UT inspection and polar interpolation to show defects of less than 2/64 FBH (flat bottom hole).
