In conjunction with Bead Technologies TS247 designed and developed a fully automated system for the robotic delivery of adhesive in a precise manor onto van panels. All the control enclosures were stainless steel finish with high resolution colour touchscreens. The HMI has simplified the operation of the machine and has resulted in a higher level of productivity. Due to the high accuracy of the system there has been a significant reduction in the amount of waste generated. A combination of these two benefits has given an accelerated payback period of less than twelve months.
